Sheikh Gumi Reveals “Who’s Behind These Massacres”

Sheikh Gumi Reveals “Who’s Behind These Massacres”

Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Mahmud Gumi, Kaduna-based renowned Islamic preacher, has spoken on the current hardships Nigeria is facing.

He took his Facebook account to spread the message and even to name those responsible.
Before announcing his accusations, Sheikh Gumi mourned the deaths of those who lost their lives “just looking for a job”.
“If educated youth cannot get a job, businesses are collapsing and closing, those that have no access to any governmental amenities – electricity, tap water, hospitals, fertilisers, etc are more apt to be poorer. So who is that rich enough to sponsor ‘gunmen’ or ‘herdsmen’ or BH to be rampaging the innocent villages both Muslims and Christians in the north? Men over hundred riding motorcycles carrying AK47s ravaging communities with impunity. I know only one terrorist organisation that is rich enough to sponsor mercenaries to do this dirty work. The M.E.N.D.
1. They have the venom of hatred for all Nigerians especially the north.
2. Their so called ‘ex members’ are enjoying government patronage making millions ‘guarding’ oil pipelines.
3. They have declared GEJ must continue over hell will loose on Nigerians.
4. Theirs misguided provocative statements are met with state silence or even protection. I never heard Abati rebutting Asari. Birds of the same feathers?
Only a dumb person will be then looking for the financial source of these mayhems.

“I Breastfed My Son For Three Years” – Ara

“I Breastfed My Son For Three Years” – Ara

Nigeria’s famous female talking drummer, Aralola Olumuyiwa (Ara), has revealed that she breastfed her only son for three years and a few months.

She disclosed this while speaking on motherhood in a recent interview with Tribune.
“It’s been easy because I have my mum, siblings as well as nannies who have been around to help me. Most of the time, when I was nursing, I had my son with me because I breastfed him for over three years”, she said.
On her reason for breastfeeding her son for three years: “Nothing. Of course he is the only one I have for now. I just wanted to spoil him. I would go to his school during break time everyday for those three years and his teachers would ask me ‘why are you doing this?’ and I would tell them ‘I may never have the opportunity to do this for his younger ones; so, let me do it now.’”
On her gift of seeing visions and interpreting dreams, the drummer said “I don’t even have to sleep to see something. I think it has to do with my spiritual aspect. I fast a lot. My life off stage is an entirely different one. I actually attend the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries and if you can’t pray, you don’t attend MFM. It is a do-it-yourself church – which has helped me greatly. That is why most of my songs are moral songs that children and adults can listen to.
“Of course I sing love songs because there is love in the Bible”.
On the spiritual significance of her long braids, she said “Only few people who are close to me know the real me; they know the Ara brand – who is a fierce, beautiful, sexy lady that can play the talking drum and sing and dance. People have attached meanings to it (braids). Some even call me water goddess. Some even say I possess supernatural powers because of my hair – and I do not!
“Naturally, people will interpret things they want to and say they think they understand. I always refer to Michael Jackson because the Michael Jackson you see on stage is different from the Michael Jackson you see at home. I am a natural person. I go to the market, buy things myself, and do regular things to keep me grounded.
“Sometimes when people see me, I tell them this is Lola; Ara is on stage and I am a human being and I need to live like one. This is why some of my colleagues cannot separate the brand from the person. It’s up to them to interpret it the way they want. They don’t know me, but God knows me”.

PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN GREETING THE MOTHER OF THE FORMER PRESIDENT UMARU YAR’ADUA, HAJIYA DADA AYA MUSA-YAR’ADUA, DURING HIS VISIT TO THE YAR’ADUA FAMILY IN KATSINA ON FRIDAY (14/3/13).
President Goodluck Jonathan in Katsina on Friday paid homage to Hajia Aya Dada, mother of late President Umaru Yar’Adua.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Jonathan, who was on a two-day state visit to Katsina, arrived at the Yar’Aduas’ compound at 9.20 am accompanied by Gov. Ibrahim Shema.
Jonathan and his entourage was received by Alhaji Mustapha, the younger brother of the late president, who led them to their matriarch.
Shema introduced the president to Hajia Aya Dada and Jonathan in humility knelt down before her to receive a motherly blessing.
He also paid homage to late Yar’Adua’s elder brother Alhaji Yusuf Musa Yar’Adua before leaving the compound.
The late Yar’Adua became the first civilian leader in Nigeria to take over from another after winning a presidential poll in 2007 with Jonathan as his Vice.
Yar’Adua, 58, died of a chronic heart disease, pericarditis, an inflammation of the lining around the heart, on May 5, 2010, which constitutionally paved way for Jonathan to take over as president.

North Korea Arrests Christian Missionary

North Korea Arrests Christian Missionary

North Korea has arrested a 75-year-old Australian man working as a Christian missionary in Pyongyang, according to his family.
The family said in a press release that John Short was on his second trip to North Korea and was in possession of religious materials that had been translated into Korean.
He is the second Christian missionary being held by the North, the other is Kenneth Bae, a South Korean with US citizenship.
Karen Short, John’s wife, told Reuters news agency on Wednesday: “It’s a bit traumatic, it’s been 48 hours and my husband is still there. I’m not upset, we’re Christian missionaries and we have tremendous support for what we do.”
The family’s press release also reported the tour company as saying that North Korean officials had refused to take their calls. Pyongyang has not confirmed Short’s detention.
The Australian government, which does not have diplomatic relations with North Korea, is using its consulate in Seoul and the Swedish embassy in Pyongyang to handle the case.
“We are in close contact with Swedish officials in Pyongyang to seek their assistance in confirming the well-being of Mr. Short and to obtain more information,” said an Australian embassy spokesman in Seoul, explaining that its capacity to deliver consular services in Pyongyang was “extremely limited”.
Karen Short said that on his first trip to North Korea, her husband had been transparent about his faith and had openly read his bible in front of North Korean government guides when in Pyongyang.
“He’s courageous, this is my husband’s character,” said Short. “I hope things get better — he’s in God’s hands, we both totally believe that. He won’t be intimidated by the communists.” [AlJazeera]

LADIES ONLY: 5 Signs You Are Dating A Womanizer

LADIES ONLY: 5 Signs You Are Dating A Womanizer

It all starts innocently enough. You’ve just met a man who, at least on the surface, seems to be your dream guy. He’s attractive, funny, charming, successful and his smile — let alone the thought of his caress — makes you weak in the knees. You go out on a date or two, and he’s nothing short of perfect. He treats you like a queen, compliments your sense of style and tells you all of the things that you’ve been longing to hear from a guy.
So how do you know this guy’s the real thing and not just some womanizer who’s going to disappear after he gets the cookies (sleeps with you)? While the only way to know for sure is to pass the test of time, here are a few red flags that would definitely indicate your new man’s a womanizer:
1. He has a reputation. If your girlfriends have warned you that he uses women and throws them away, you need to listen to them and know he’s most likely a womanizer. Granted, there’s a small chance that you are the woman who can change him, but even if you do, you’ll just wind up spending the rest of your relationship worrying he’s going to revert back to his old womanizing ways. It’s very likely a guy like this will.
2. He moves fast. Before you’ve even had a chance to meet his friends and family, he’s telling you that you’re the woman of his dreams and he’s been waiting his whole life just to find you. While this is certainly exciting and thrilling, how could he possibly know that this quickly? It’s much more likely that he’s just in love with love (best case), or he’s just trying to get one thing from you (you know what it is). And this womanizer wants to reach his goal as soon as possible.
3. He’s over the top with the romance. We all love romantic gestures, whether it be a hand-written poem or a bouquet of flowers delivered to our desks at work, but if your guy constantly wants to jet you off to the islands for a romantic weekend or often surprises you with lavish jewelry, then he’s most likely had plenty of practice. While you might be thinking that you’re just graciously accepting his gifts, to him, these come with expectations on your part.
4. He only has eyes for you… and anything else in a skirt. If you notice that your guy is checking out other women, or worse, flirting with the waitress, hostess, barista, etc., then he’s most likely a womanizer. As he’s telling you how beautiful you are and that you’re exactly the type of woman for him, he’s already thinking about how the woman that just walked by fits the same description. He’s not lying — the womanizer feels this way about every woman that strikes his fancy — you just happen to be part of the (very populated) crowd.
5. He seems too good to be true. He’s just a little too smooth, a little too charming, a little too perfect and that little voice in your head is telling you he’s done this before, probably many times over. While you may be tempted to ignore that nagging little voice and head upstairs to his apartment, just know that your instincts are more attuned to the situation than you think. It’s likely that as he’s telling you over coffee that he has a busy day ahead and can’t spend more time with you, you’ll be hitting yourself wishing you had listened to your gut last night.
Of course, this isn’t an all-inclusive list, nor should any of these traits be considered an immediate deal breaker. However, if any of the above are hitting close to home, your best bet is to take things slow and see if your guy survives the test of time. True womanizers rarely can.

World Bank To Support Lagos Eko secondary schools Project With $42M

World Bank To Support Lagos Eko secondary schools Project With $42M

The World Bank has pledged to support the Lagos Eko Secondary Schools project with 42 million dollars to enhance the education sector in the state.
The World Bank’s pledged was contained in a statement issued in Abuja.
It said that the new fund already approved by the bank’s board was an additional amount to the existing loans to the state.
“The new IDA credit of over 42 million dollars to the Lagos EKO Secondary School Project is an addition to an original credit of 95 million dollars.
“This systematically benefited over 620,000 students a year in 667 public secondary schools in Lagos State between 2009 and 2013.
“It will allow strong results to be sustained and evaluated in hundreds of secondary schools and expand others,” it said.
The World Bank said that the grant had also helped to increase the number of poor children accessing quality secondary education.
It also added that it helped technical college graduates from low-income backgrounds to find well-paying jobs.
The World Bank said that the grant had further helped students to improve dramatically in Basic Education Certification Examination.
“Student scores from beneficiary schools went up from 30 per cent to 70 per cent in English, 31 per cent to 45 per cent in Mathematics and 27 per cent to 65 per cent in Basic Sciences.
It said the results of the June 2013 West Africa Senior Secondary Certificate external examinations showed that 41 per cent of students from beneficiary schools passed with five credits and above compared with over 18 per cent before the project.
Commenting on the development, World Bank Country Director for Nigeria, Marie Francoise Marie-Nelly, said the grant would provided children from poor homes opportunity to access quality education
“When students from poor families have the opportunity to go to secondary school and acquire sound knowledge and skills, they stand a fair chance of getting a good job or accessing economic opportunities later in life.
“This contributes to eliminating extreme poverty and boosting shared prosperity in furtherance of the World Bank’s two main goals,” she said.
She added that with the new financing, the project would now extend school development grants to the original beneficiary schools until 2015.
She said the bank would track the performance of beneficiary students in public examinations and continue professional development activities for teachers and school management.
Mr Olatunde Adekola, the World Bank Task Team Leader for the project, said the project was critical in the development of the education sector and creating opportunities for children of the poor to access quality education.
“The Lagos EKO project has built a critical pathway for students from low-income background to gain access to good-quality secondary education, showing that where there is a will, there is a way.”  [NAN]

Teacher SELLOTAPED Mouths of 10-year-olds To Keep Them Quiet

Teacher SELLOTAPED Mouths of 10-year-olds To Keep Them Quiet

A primary teacher who allegedly put sticky tape over the mouths of her pupils has been suspended.
Furious parents claimed art and Spanish teacher Priscila Davo dished out the shock punishment because the 10 and eleven-year-olds in her class were noisy.
Mum Stacey Bradbury, 28, claimed her son Thomas, 10, was one a number of pupils targeted.
She claimed: “Some of the boys ended up with quite a lot of Sellotape over their mouths.
“At the end of the lesson they were allowed to take it off but the teacher said this was what was going to happen every time they were noisy.
“My son had the little hairs on his upper lip pulled off by the tape when he took it off. Most people know how painful and horrible that is.
“There are so many other ways to discipline children.”
Thomas added: “Some people had a really bad rash and some girls had their lips bleeding.”
Pupil Ryan Knowles, 11, claimed Ms Davo put seven pieces of tape over his mouth for 25 minutes.
He claimed: “She lined us all up. I was saying to her ‘why are you doing this?’ I’m scared now about going back into her class.
“I don’t know what she might do next.”
Lisa Duffield, 42, claimed her daughter Ella, 11, is refusing to go into class with the teacher again.
She claimed: “It’s disgusting. Ella is quite sensitive. I’ve been told the kids are going to get a full apology from the teacher.
“I hope so.”
Children were sent home from Danesfield Church of England School in Williton, Somerset, with a letter from head Ian Bradbury confirming the suspension and a probe.
The letter said: “We take what has happened to be entirely wrong.”
Mr Bradbury added: “We take all allegations about the wellbeing of children very seriously.”
Teacher Catrin Williams has been suspended for six months pending an investigation into claims she “appeared drunk” to teach a class of children as young as seven at Ysgol yr Esgob Primary School in Caerwys, Flintshire.

Headmistress Called POLICE When Pupils Plotted Not To Smile For School Photo’

Headmistress Called POLICE When Pupils Plotted Not To Smile For School Photo’

A strict headmistress was so angry when she discovered pupils were planning not to smile on a school photo that she called the POLICE – it has been alleged.
Livid Ann Hughes found out some children were planning to ‘spoil’ the picture and telephoned the cops, a professional conduct hearing was told.
It is alleged that an officer was invited into the village primary school in Anglesey, north Wales, to reprimand the pupils unwilling to pose correctly.
Mrs Hughes faces a catalogue of complaints including repeatedly calling one student ‘stupid’ and favouring children whose first language was Welsh.
The committee of the General Teaching Council for Wales heard on Tuesday that she failed to investigate the bullying of two pupils, shouted excessively in the classroom, often used the word ‘crap’, and unnecessarily criticised children’s mistakes.
One pupil at Ysgol Goronwy Owen watched as Mrs Hughes tore his examination paper in front of him when he had spelt his middle name wrong, the hearing as also told.
The school was engulfed in crisis in May 2011 when five of the six teachers simultaneously called in sick after earlier threatening industrial action following a vote of no confidence in Mrs Hughes.
Staff claimed there was a climate of ‘fear’ at the school before the headmistress was suspended in July 2011 and later dismissed.
The case continues.

“I Have Two Children; If They Get Killed, Life Is Not Worth Living For Me” – Patience Jonathan

“I Have Two Children; If They Get Killed, Life Is Not Worth Living For Me” – Patience Jonathan

Nigeria’s First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, Wednesday, decried the ongoing killings in Borno, saying the killing of students and other Nigerians was a dastardly act as the youths are the nation’s future hope.
“Today, I have two children. If they get killed, life is not worth living for me. Why will anyone therefore want to kill people’s children? No mother will like to suffer in vain.
The First Lady said this while receiving various youth leaders who visited the State House in Abuja as part of activities to prepare for the upcoming National Youth Peace Concert scheduled for Saturday, March 8 in Abuja.
“Our joy is in the youths. You are the hope of Nigeria, the hope of tomorrow. I don’t want to lose any of you,” she added.
“Please, be co-ordinated, and also be good ambassadors at the concert so that the foreigners can take good news back home about us”.
The youth leaders led by Mike Omeri, Director-General, National Orientation Agency (NOA), Onyeka Onwenu, Director-General, National Women Development Centre (NWDC) and Jude Imagwe, the Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan on You th gand Student Affairs, were at the Villa to chart a course for the concert.
“I invited you here today for two reasons. One of them is to work with you to make Nigeria a better place for us to live in, and the other one is to ensure our states, local government areas, regions and zones are peaceful,” the First Lady said.
“No one can do it all, we need collective efforts to make Nigeria a better place to live in. Please, put the nation first, because no other country is better than ours.”
According to her, the concert would be a turnaround for youths as it would enlighten them on peaceful ways to co-habit with their neighbours and thereby shun violence.

Israeli Minister calls for third Temple to be built

Minister of Housing and Construction Uri Ariel, a senior member of Israel's government, has once again controversially called for the rebuilding of the Third Temple, on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
The first Temple was destroyed in 586 BCE, the second Temple in 70 CE, and ever since the Jews have been mourning its loss. Now that Israel has once again become a Jewish sovereign state, there have been occasional calls to rebuild the Temple.
The problem, of course, and it's not a small one, is that the site of the Temple is also the third-holiest site in Islam, home to the al-Aqsa mosque (which has stood there since the 8th century CE) and to the Dome of the Rock mosque (probably on the former site of the Temple, though that's debated).
In order to keep the peace, the status quo is that there is no Jewish building allowed on the Temple Mount, and Jews are allowed to come up to visit but not to pray.
Just to be totally clear: despite the rest of this learnboard, there's no mainstream effort to rebuild the Temple at this point in time.

How To Delay Ejaculation To Last Longer In Bed

How To Delay Ejaculation To Last Longer In Bed

Premature ejaculation can get you down and ruin your sex life.

Learn to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed by trying these simple tips to delay and prolong ejaculation. This will enable you and your partner to enjoy a healthy s*x life.
Kegel exercises - Kegel exercises can help you prolong ejaculation. Kegels are those muscles that you use for controlling urination. So, flex these muscles about 30 times a day to delay ejaculation.
Squeeze technique - Prolong ejaculation and delay it by holding the tip of the head of the man-hood. Squeezing the tip of the man-hood can help control premature ejaculation.
Testes - The scrotum rises as a man reaches climax and is on the verge of ejaculation. So, delay ejaculation by pulling the scrotum away from the body.
Change focus - Rather than concentrating on ejaculation, concentrate on your partner’s pleasure.
Combination of thrusts - Delay ejaculation or male climax by combining shallow thrusts with deep thrusts. This technique helps prolong ejaculation and will make you last longer in bed.
Massage the prostate gland - When you practice delaying ejaculation, the prostate gland turns sore. Hence it is important to massage the gland to prevent any kind of pain.
Perineum pressure - Delay ejaculation by applying pressure to the perineum, which is the spot between the anus and scrotum. The prostate gland expands and contracts while reaching climax or ejaculation. So, by applying pressure on this spot, one can prolong ejaculation.
Pelvic muscles - Squeeze the pubococcygeous muscle to stop ejaculating. Contract these muscles, which are used for controlling urine; doing so regularly helps you delay ejaculation.
Blueberries - This berry is known to delay ejaculation, as it relaxes the nerves in the man-hood.
Woman-on-top - This s*x position reduces your chances of premature ejaculation, thereby helping you last longer in bed. Switch to the woman-on-top s*x position to delay ejaculation.
Start and stop - When you have the urge to release, stop, pull out and then thrust again. Also, the start and stop method helps a couple to last longer in bed and enjoy the full s*xual experience.
self service - self service can help you prolong s*x, so delay ejaculation by self servicing at least an hour before intercourse.
Control your climax - Without any lubrication self service to the point of climax and stop. Do it a couple of times and then release; over a period of time you can control ejaculation.
Before engaging in intercourse, engage in foreplay – ask your partner to gently massage the man-hood along with lubrication. In time this method can help you prolong ejaculation.

How A Lady Was Forced To Make Love With A Dog And A Horse For Money [Photo]

How A Lady Was Forced To Make Love With A Dog And A Horse For Money [Photo]

When the Internet first came to the continent of  African society, most people were  very pleased with it because it reduced stress of communication.
It served many people for chatting, sending mails and even business. As the time passed many ladies discovered that they could use the internet to find a chat friend or a life partner. Some girls have greatly benefited just by using the internet to find their dream marriages or relationships. Others have fallen into traps in the West and wish they would never have known what the internet was. This is the case of one Cameroonian, Elvire Axelle Tchamakoua.
SEE HOW IT ALL HAPPENED….
Axelle is prostituté who is pimped to various men by her main man Jean Claude (French Businessman). She did not mind serving her customers from the front or from behind. She has been doing this job for quite a while and was used to this. The shocking part of it is that, Axelle is a 24 years old girl with a Formal Training Certificate in Aesthetics and Beauty. Why a young lady in her age would wish for fast cash is the question many people are asking.
According to reports Axelle met her pimping Boss, Jean Claude on the Internet in October 2011. They had a normal chat like every other person would have when chatting with a stranger. Jean Claude told her he was a Businessman based in Marseille (France) and was into import and export. Axelle who thought she had found the lové of her life continued her communication with Jean Claude Fayard and on March 2012 he came to visit her in Cameroon. There was a huge celebration at Axelle’s Aunt’s Residence at Santa Barbara in Yaounde. Two days in Cameroon, Jean Claude proposed to Axelle and got married to her in both traditional and Legal Ceremonies. Both marriages took place on the 18th and 20th of March 2012 respectively.
Jean Claude made all travelling arrangements and the both of them flew to France on the 21 of March that same year.He even gave Axelle’s family the sum of 600.000 FCFA for their up keep. Not knowing that they were selling their daughter into séx slavery, the family happily bid the couple goodbye as they left for France.
The truth of the matter was that Jean Claude is a pimp who goes to Africa and picks up girls to come and work as séx slaves for him in France. Since Axelle did not know about this, she would wish she never used the internet in her life. As the couple arrived France, they lived in a town called Clermont Ferrand for about 9 months after which they moved to a new place called Lourdes. It is in this place that Axelle had the worst experience of her life.
A few days after their arrival to Lourdes, a man knocked on the door saying he wants to see Jean Claude. Little did Axelle know that, he would be her first client who had already paid into her husband’s bank account. When Axelle called her husband’s attention to the guest, she was shocked when her husband told her to do whatever the guest tells her to do.
A few days later after coming home from work, Jean Claude sits Axelle and laid down the rules and regulations of the job. He told her she has to pay back all the money he spent on her in Cameroon. He calculated the amount to be more than 3,000 euros and she will also be working for him for the next two years. Axelle who became speechless thought she was dreaming. It was  worse when Jean Claude collected her personal belongings and all her documents. She was also prohibited from making any calls to the outside world.
Every day she had male customers who would come for her service taking her from front and behind all the time. She was mandated to do whatever they wanted. They would not use any protection during intercourse. One day Jean Claude came home with a customer accompanied by a dog. The man whose name is Loiseau had deposited some money into Jean Claude’s account. Axelle who didn’t see this coming was pushed into the room and forced to have séx with the dog which she did. It is said that Jean Claude made more money when Axelle sleeps with an animal so these deals became the order of the day.
After her encounter with the dog, Jean Claude left with Mr Loiseau leaving Axelle alone in the house. After numerous trials, she broke down the door and ran into the street where she met a Cameroonian couple living in the town. They helped her to get to the Embassy where she narrated her ordeal. The Police was immediately dispatched to Jean Claude’s house where they found evidence linking him to kidnapping and other serious allegations. Jean Claude was immediately arrested and is waiting for judgement. Meanwhile Axelle flew back to Cameroon and was immediately taken to the hospital for further examinations and treatments.
See what the Internet can do to the youths of a country. All that glitters is not  Gold, my dear brothers and sisters. If some of you could hear the stories of some Africans in the Diaspora, you will not envy them at all. After everything, home is the best even when our government and politicians fail us.What do you guys think. I need your contributions.

T.B. Joshua releases shocking 2014 prophecy: Airlines will face multiple challenges, politicians will go down

T.B. Joshua releases shocking 2014 prophecy: Airlines will face multiple challenges, politicians will go down

Renowned Nigerian Prophet T.B. Joshua has declared 2014 as a year of ‘crossing the bridge’, prophesying it to be a year of destiny where corruption would be corrected in Nigeria as corrupt leaders would go down.
It was an electric atmosphere in The Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) where large crowds thronged to usher in the New Year 2014. T.B. Joshua came out around 11pm to deliver his much anticipated prophetic message in a broadcast beamed live via the churches popular television station Emmanuel TV.
He first counseled believers to stay steadfast in faith despite the challenges that would arise in the coming year. “We are tempted so that we may pray the more. Afflictions are meant for our spiritual benefit,” he encouraged the congregants and television viewers.
Moving on, he spoke about what was to be expected in the New Year, attendees listening with rapt attention and scribbling notes as he spoke. “This New Year 2014 is not like any other year in the past. It is a year of crossing bridge. To cross the bridge, you need to grab onto faith,” he began. “This is not going to be easy for the mighty. Many of the mighty will fall. Pray for them. The rich, famous and popular people – many will fall this 2014 because crossing the bridge is not going to be easy; they need God. Many of them believe it is their own making to be great in their own area of expertise.”
He went on to decry the effect this ‘fall’ would have on the business world as, according to him, “98% of businesses and companies are owned by these people.” Specifying a field of business that would especially be affected, he said the airline industry would face multiple challenges, leading to an unprecedented rise in ticket prices, particularly noting that African airlines would be most affected. Joshua further declared 2014 to be a year of destiny for those would ‘follow the ways of the Lord’. “Many people that are not known will be rise by destiny,” he prophesied.
Talking about the current Nigerian political situation, Joshua said, “There will be a leadership tussle on who will lead and who will be presidential candidate in APC which will affect them as a political party. They should be vigilant. Many are with them in flesh but not with them in spirit.” Talking about the current crisis Nigeria’s ruling party PDP are embroiled in, the prophet stated that they would ‘pay any price to unite’ but that the issue of who would be the presidential candidate would cause challenges.
“Many of the key leaders in political parties will go down in 2014,” Joshua then announced to the somber audience. “If many key leaders go down with 2014, what will now happen in 2015? Pray for 2015 to be fulfilled. The beginner is not the owner but the finisher.”
He then stated to thunderous applause that 2014 would see a positive improvement for the nation in the area of corruption. “What will happen in 2014 will result in the correction of the corruption in Nigeria because many corrupt leaders will go down in 2014.”
Joshua then prayed for the congregants who all lit candles to symbolize the dawn of the New Year. “God has promised that 2014 is the year of destiny. Your destiny cannot be changed. This New Year, your destiny cannot be tampered with. I command your dream to come true, your dream to come to fulfillment, in Jesus’ name.”

SHOCKING: How Human Hair Weave Leads to Death of a Girl, Puts Other to Critical Condition

SHOCKING: How Human Hair Weave Leads to Death of a Girl, Puts Other to Critical Condition

Irene Myangoh, a personal assistant working at a law firm, went to a renowned hair salon along Kenyatta Avenue, in the Kenyan capital city of Nairobi, and spent more than N5,500 on a human hair weave.

Two weeks later she started suffering from severe headache that would not go away. She even could not sleep at nights and was forced to call a private doctor. The doctor proscribed her drugs for the relief of mild to moderate pain of inflammatory origin with or without fever. This did not solve Myangoh’s problems: the effect from the medicine lasted for a few hours only, and then the headache would be back worse than even before.
Desperate, the lady went to see another specialist who did blood tests and even a brain scan. All the tests were negative but the headache persisted, making her unable to concentrate at work and sleeping very poorly.
Fortunately, her doctor who decided to examine her scalp carefully, and, under the beautiful weave, he found worms!
The worms were burrowing into her skull and after sending the samples to the lab they found that the hair had eggs from which the worms had developed. Irene had to shave after this ordeal and took antibiotics for two weeks. The alleged reason of parasites appearance is that the hair has been taken from a dead body.
In a parallel story, a 16-year-old girl from Buruburu, a Nairobi surburb, also suffered similar fate, but unfortunately for her, she died.
The girl dropped dead after constant headaches. Cobweb eggs were found in her hair after corpse examination. The root of death was unnoticed spider eggs. The warmth produced after weaving provided a very conducive environment for the eggs to hatch.
A spider grew in her scalp and bit her. The poison found its way to her blood. She had no chance to survive the attack…

P.S. This article is not intended to harm the business hair salons.

The former first lady who spoke at a memorial lecture in honour of the late president in Katsina at the weekend, also said “the late Yar’adua was not a materialist leader who believed in accumulating wealth. In fact, he shunned material things as his slogan was service to humanity.
“There was a time he said to me that ‘Turai, I pity you because when I die you will have quarrels with my relatives because they will think I have so much money in my possession”, she said.
She said the situation in Nigeria would have been better had the late president survived his ailment because he was a “focused, committed and determined leader”.
